1. Installation & Pre commissioning services are designedto reduce risk and eliminate time consuming installationerrors prior to the commissioning. The services consistsof:

• Supervision of mechanical and electrical installation on site
• Testing of meter interface and communication links to other systems
• To perform functional check of meter after mechanical and electrical installation

2. Commissioning will secure high quality data and meter availability from start-up Meter commissioning services consist of:

• Installation and configuration Service Console software (if not already pre-installed)
• Assistance on installation of mechanical and electrical parts, and inspection thereof
• Check of analogue inputs/outputs (where applicable).

3. Start-up/testing services will test the system and compare it to specifications. Review and Potential correction of equipment settings:

• Power-up checks
• Communication and data verification checks
• Calibration and configuration checks
• Validation of meter output at meter start-up
• In-line calibration (if applicable)
